There was an issue with flogas direct debits, as flagged on the media some weeks back. Mine was one of the approx 1k customers whose direct debit got returned unpaid, despite funds in my account. I have been trying to get a refund (of the direct debit unpaid fee) for well over a month. The amount of stress they have caused is off the scale. I’ll be going to the ombudsman about this!

1) They answered the phone when i rang and I was able to talk to a human being, (Shane Byrne) within a couple of minutes. 2) Shane did everything he possibly could to solve my problem. 3) He provided the best customer service experience I have had in many years!
