I’m a new customer and I couldn’t set my account online as I was getting an error message. The first agent I spoke to wasn’t able to help me and I ended up being transferred to a call centre in Northern Ireland. Once I was transferred back, Shane answered my call and was able to create an account for me in a few minutes. He was very helpful and friendly.
