I recently contacted flogas customer service to query an error with my recent gas bill. The error was confirmed quickly and I was assured that my bill would be amended and the correct bill would be issued to me in a few days. The staff member (Lorraine) was very helpful. Thank you

It is very hard to talk to.....No effort made anytime I called them to help the customer. After few months in the contract they decided to change tariff, obviously if I change my mind I have to pay a penalty, however they stated that they do create term and condition so no penalties for themselves.....what's the point to have a term contract? Anyway,your customer service is good only for sales,if you have any query....not so much.

Happy with the service received but as was only changing my email, I would have liked the option to do this on the customer portal.

I found your representative Laura to be so helpful and constructive. I am currently out of contract with Flogss and have done a price comparison with other companies using Bonkers.ie. Floras is not the cheapest but I have been so impressed with your customer service. Your representatives are polite, kind and helpful and in an age of disinterest and aggression I find this to be so encouraging. Thank you, Michael
