It is very hard to talk to.....No effort made anytime I called them to help the customer. After few months in the contract they decided to change tariff, obviously if I change my mind I have to pay a penalty, however they stated that they do create term and condition so no penalties for themselves.....what's the point to have a term contract? Anyway,your customer service is good only for sales,if you have any query....not so much.
