Shambles of a system
After posting a postive review after a phone call on the 7/6 I am experiencing continued difficulties. Despite thinking at that time that switching my account from an old address to my new address was complete, a few weeks later I was receiving letters from another provider who was currently providing elec to the property and threats of disconnection, in the meantime I thought my switch was in process. I called that provider who confirmed nothing had come through to them. Called Flogas back and they queried that I had contacted them. After providing more information on my call and asking if their calls were recorded, they suddently said it was in progress. On the 10th July I called and spoke to a customer service rep who was rude, frustrating and provided me with misinformation. I regret that I let her get me frustrated. She informed me that Flogas would use the meter readings from 7/6 and that no other company has provided electricity. I asked to speak to someone else and she said everyone would say the same as her. I called again and spoke to a nice person in retention who put me through to cust service to a different person who informed me it was being processed and I would be able to provide new meter readings. I called today to check as new address is still not there when logging into online account, and informed they are working from meter readings on 8/7. I don't know where this has come from. On two occasions I have asked to speak to senior staff since my issue is still ongoing and on both times told 'there's nobody around'. Seems very odd. This has caused a good deal of stress and costing me alot of time to deal with this when the issue should have been dealt with over a month ago. Absolute shambles, I don't feel like I've been listened to and at times I have been gaslit and conscended.
