Signed up for new contract as existing…

Signed up for new contract as existing customer on to new property. 3 weeks later we got disconnected from ESB because account not processed correctly from Flo Gas. First day of no power I called customer care, was transferred to sales? at 17.05h and was on hold for 45min. Then I tried calling from other phone while waiting on first one, and machine said they are closed as they are working till 17.30. No power now for days, will get power back but had to guide them with information from ESB what the procedure was, which is absurd they have little or no knowledge of this. I am disappointed that if issue has happened they did not reach out and/or fix the issue, rather then ignoring or totally unaware, and issue escalated in disconnection from ESB. At the end , their team who sends RECONNECTION ORDER to ESB was very fast, only positive thing there.

After an initial mix up of not being paid what was owed to me on closing my account within the ten working days, Dean, an excellant rep, sorted the problem, kept me informed and provided anexcellant service.

Very helpful

I called with some queries regarding the bill as we have solar panel. I was answered quickly and the lady on the phone was very helpful and sent out additional information to help understand how much of an impact the solar panels had made on our bill since the start of the year.

Solving a problem

I dealt with a girl in customer service . Her name was Niamh. What an ambassador for your company. She was professional, efficient and helpful. She rang me back with a solution to my problem. Previously I had engaged with another member and although polite was unable to understand the problem.
