Unethical charges

ACT No. 50130257 MPRN 10307538122 So much for Customer Care. I spent hours phoning and explaining that I needed to pay my bill in TWO PARTS and that the woman in the POST OFFICE yesterday mistakenly pulled the FULL AMOUNT from my account which leaves me in a difficult position. KENNETH told me to go back to the POST OFFICE and query but they will not listen to anything about SEPA payments. I want to be REFUNDED and pay the bill in two parts. The bill is extorionatley expensive. Over 100 EUro more the previous one and I am 100% using LESS power with NO dishwasher, with upstairs heating (air/ water filter system) TURNED OFF and switching off sockets all the time. We have been making a CONCERTED effort in this household to reduce power usage and with all this you lop on an extra 100 euro. So I will go to MABS and lodge a complaint that you would not refund me the half of the bill that i need for other LIVING COSTS. And I will go to ESB and lodge a complaint about SMART METER as it is clearly inaccurate. I will also lodge a complaint with the CRU. You are bandits. It is a disgrace and it is unjustifiable that power costs so much in this country. It is dishonest and unethical.

Robbing people blind zero stars gas…

Robbing people blind zero stars gas bills for last two months have tribbled nothing different new boiler and meter and then want to charge 500 euros if meter not faulty but if faulty no charge the mind bogles duty of care to customer non exestint

One of the best customer service support I have recently. It was quick to get through to a customer service advisor and when it happened things just got better, Shane was super efficient and friendly, and he solved my issue very quickly and in the best way possible, I'm delighted!
