Extremely high bills
Despite very less usage. I have received exorbitant bills totaling €700 plus for the past three months, with an additional €300 plus in the last month. This billing discrepancy is unacceptable and indicates a lack of effectiveness in managing accounts accurately. The inflated bills coupled with the absence of adequate service has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.
