Despite very less usage. I have received exorbitant bills totaling €700 plus for the past three months, with an additional €300 plus in the last month. This billing discrepancy is unacceptable and indicates a lack of effectiveness in managing accounts accurately. The inflated bills coupled with the absence of adequate service has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.

Lara, Olivia, Stephanie and Shane have demonstrated great customer service skills when dealing with an important matter related to invoice and billing. During conversations, all four showed a keen interest in getting the resolution. With their combined effort, resolution was achieved in less than half the time (3 days instead of 7 working days).
