Had to contact Customer Service by phone about a new account issue. The customer service representative was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to answer all my questions and helped solve all the issues. Great Customer Service.

I was having problems with website, I rang got answer fairly quick, chap called Shane on phone walked me through everything and solved my problem. Very efficient.

Long time customer of 18 years plus, since my gas bill has become extortionate, my method of paying €40/50 off my bill every week is not good enough for them anymore. So in the last few months they are harassing me calling me constantly asking when am I going to pay my bill. I am paying my bill, I am constantly paying every week. I just can't pay it all up front the day I get the bill like you want. So now I get a call asking when am I intending to pay then constant calls every week asking when is is being paid in full. You get your money, just not as quick as you'd like. They obviously think if they annoy me enough I'll go direct debit, which I won't. Stop harassing me.
