I rang customer service as have a bill where I supplied the reading as opposed to estimate.. so high. He checked the rate and gave me good advice to reset.

It is problably the first company who you can reach out in a few minutes. Costumer service are very polite, especially Ken, he was so lovely, friendly and helpful. I wish more people be like him, espceially if they work in costumer service. I would highly recommend to everyone!

The customer service agent I spoke to, Kenneth, was extremely efficient, helpful and empathetic to my concerns. He quickly sorted out my query and proactively offered me advice about managing credit on my account.

The people we were talking to were very helpful and explained everything in detail. Explained in detail the difference between Fixed and Variable rates.
