Shane was excellent. Understood what I needed, was very clear and knowledgeable in his answers, and provided exceptional customer service by offering to follow up with me after the call. Would give 6 starts if I could. If there was ever to be a competition for customer service, Shane should definitely be a front runner for winning it.

The worst customer support/basic manners
To outline my position- 6th of October 2023- I phoned and emailed Flogas with my new IBAN for the direct debit, theregas is no option to do this online. 13th of October 2023: I had a call demanding payment. I explained that this has already been arranged. This person was due to call me back and did not. 15th of November 2023- email sent as follows- To whom it may concern, I do not understand why I have received a notification to make a payment. I have already had a call which lasted up to one hour, and I updated my IBAN. This was on Friday, Oct 6th, at 1:58 PM. I had a call on roughly the 13th of October, 2023, demanding payment. I explained that this has already been arranged. This person was due to call me back but did not. What is going on with my direct debit details, and why is it taking so long to register this IBAN? -no response to this email 23rd of November 2023- email sent Could I please have an update on my query? Can anyone help with this ongoing query? -no response to this email 30th of November 2023- Email sent - Can someone please help me with the query?? -no response to this email Messages sent via Facebook messenger- 29th of November 2023- asked for someone to help me- I have sent many emails, and no one from Flogas is taking note of my communication. I continue to receive queries on this, and I don’t know why --no response to this message 1st of December 2023- message again through messenger. I have emailed back to the email that I received today. The same email address was used to contact me, and I have emailed several times now. -No response to this email. I then had an email on holiday (1st of December 2023) and had little to no access to wifi or a PC. The email was demanding payment immediately. I was sent a form that I could not edit or transmit. I asked for a more user-friendly file but was not provided with this. I then had to go online myself and make a debit card payment. Email sent to customersupportATflogas.ie on the 1st of December 2023 -no response to this email An email was sent to infoATflogas.ie on the 15th of December to file a complaint. -no response to this email Why should anyone go through this hassle? Because the people in flogas are not doing their job, not reading emails correctly or responding. They were demanding payment and accusing a customer of not paying their bills when people were not doing their job. The incompetence of the flogas staff is unreal!
