Update... I was charged for a difference in my electricity bill instead to get a credit. My estimated bill was 300€ and I was charged for that, after few days I've got another bill with the actual price of 250€ (same period), then I should be credited back in 50€, however for my surprise, I this 50€ was taken from my account. Called the customer service and the person didn't know what to do, asked me to send an e-mail to customersupport, I've done it and still waiting for a reply since 10/01. So, I should get the 50€ credit back from the bill balance plus the refund of what was taken from my account 50€ also. Now 30/01 I've got another 3 bills with the total of 522€ by post. there are no credits applied for the money taken from my account nor the balance credit from the estimated bill paid in full. And also the 150€ government credit still not applied. need to get it sorted before I have this money taken from my account and this become a bigger problem. ----------------------- Hi Gill, thank you for your quick response. NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE.

Signed up as a new customer for electricity last July, 39c per unit, flogas announced cut in electricity prices from Nov 6th, received my bill last week, no reduction in price, contacted flogas,they informed me that as I was a new customer, my unit price was locked at 39c, however I could now sign a new one year contract to avail of a lower price, great way to treat new customers.

I found the company policy middling

I found the company policy middling. I found the customer service good in general. I want to mention in particular Kenneth whom I spoke with on a few occasions. He is a lovely young man, very helpful with excellent communication skills. I enjoyed speaking with him very much and I hope that he excels in his career as I feel that he well deserves to. He gets 5 stars *****.
