Absolutely first class service and perfect products. Orders, once placed, were delivered promptly. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Dorota. She was extremely efficient and resolved a query immediately with no fuss- in a polite and professional manner. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to other people- and many other companies could learn a lot from Dorota’s customer service ! Thank you.

Great personalised gifts and Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. My daughter had previously ordered from this small business. And was so happy she help me order for my gifts. I ordered two items and was a bit worried I hadn’t specified that it was for two separate people. Valerie responded quickly and efficiently to reassure me that they would be in two gift boxes. Received them this morning and am very pleased. They are even nicer than the photos and great quality. Would highly recommend them.

Bad Quality, dont waste your money

From the delivery everything was shocking. I ordered a personalised foam ball pit for my nieces first Eid, thinking it would be worth the splurge. The item was stuffed into a box less than half the size which inevitably squashed the item beyond repair. After speaking to the manager of customer services she simply claimed that the factories packed it with the upmost care and that the product is fine even after sending photos. Do not waste your money here, the item does NOT come in a gift box like the website claims and it does send awful quality items out and do not do anything to rectify the matter. Disgusted!

Shannon was brilliant

Shannon was brilliant, I contacted as I was bought a wooden car ramp as a gift and had lost the little cars that fit the ramp in a house move! It was great to get these replaced, making one happy little boy, customer service was great.

Amazing customer service!

I’ve bought a few things from My 1st Years previously and I was absolutely gutted when the backpack I bought my little boy tore after only having a month! I really wasn’t hopeful about getting a replacement after reading other people’s reviews but I had replacement bag on the way within just a couple of hours of contacting customer support - Dorota was extremely helpful so thank you! Would definitely recommend and will continue to buy all the cute bits from here ☺️

Poor quality backpacks

Ordered a £35 backpack in advance as a present for my son. Once being used did not even last a couple of months before both the front zip and main compartment zip coming off, stitching coming apart. It’s only been used to carry a few small items for my toddler. Contacted the company they offered me £5 credit as its over the returns period. Not worth the money for the poor quality.
