I'm really impressed with how seamless the order process and delivery was. I ordered a personalised wooden fire truck for a 1st birthday gift. It arrived with next day delivery and the personalisation was such a special touch. The gift was very well received so thank you for a great experience.

Mixed opinions on this company ordered a Valentine’s Day card and the order didn’t go through. Rang up to find out where it was, the lady said the order didn’t go through properly which isn’t her fault but still annoying. She sorted the issue out for me straight away which was good customer service so no issues there. I then received the item ( a Valentine’s Day card) and it’s TINY.(maybe the size of the card needs to be made clearer on the item description) Not justifiable by the price I payed for it. It’s my first time ordering from this company and I am disappointed :(

What a wonderful company!! I have shopped with My 1st Years since before my daughter was born. They provide the most beautiful personalised products! Beautifully made and not expensive either! Recently I have ordered some gorgeous things for my daughter starting nursery. I made an error on my order & spoke to Mary Joyce in customer services. She responded instantly & rectified the error for me straight away with no further cost! She sent confirmation & a further email as reassurance. She clearly understands the importance of my purchase but was just so lovely and helpful! Im so grateful & you have a customer for life. Absolutely love the personalised soft toys and I buy them for all the babies as soon as they’re born. Dorota at customer services was beyond helpful when I made a mistake on a personalised order. I contacted the customer service department re some duplicate items I had received for the arrival of my new baby. I spoke to Mary Joyce and couldn’t have hoped for more! She replied quickly and came up with a solution for me even though the items were personalised and I wasn’t confident anything could be done! Very friendly, and professional and I will definite use again and recommend my first years to my friends and family!
