My package didn't arrive

My package didn't arrive. The courier has used a photo of a completely different flat as proof of delivery. My First Years are refusing to investigate unless I obtain a Crime Reference Number from the police. They refuse to accept that they, as the seller, are in breach of contract for not arranging for my order to be replaced or to refund me for it. I am so disappointed and in shock that such a popular kids' company would behave in this manner.

I ordered a personalised back pack the…

I ordered a personalised back pack the first backpack came with the zip not sewn on right I contacted customer service they sent another backpack which seemed fine at first but after a few days the stitching on the second bag came away from the zip so I am now left with two backpacks with Broken zippers I think these products are awful quality and I expected so much better for the price

Ordered the star jacquard personalised…

Ordered the star jacquard personalised baby blanket after seeing the advert for it with “Baby Smith Born in 2025” embroidered on it, felt it would be a lovely gift for an expectant mother clicked to buy it and it came up personalise me with a box for Name and a box for year so I inputted the surname and the year, blanket arrives today with just the surname born in 2025 embroidered on. So I email the company stating it wasn’t what I was expecting. They then sent me a screenshot of a page I hadn’t seen before that states baby is not fixed text but born in is fixed, it would of been helpful if this information was clear before the point of personalisation. Having information like that at the bottom of a page you don’t see at the point of buying is beyond pointless and frustrating. Very disappointed as I won’t gift this item now, so a total waste of money

I was absolutely pleased with the rain…

I was absolutely pleased with the rain coat I got. It is good quality I personalized it which I loved and the luxury gift box I got with a special message was so worth the extra money. I wanted for it to come from the UK to the US and It was well worth it! Getting all baby and kid gifts here from now on!

Ruined my pregnancy announcement.

This company and their carrier EVRI effectively ruined what should have been a special occasion of announcing our long awaited IVF pregnancy to our family. I ordered a personalized frame to display our ultrasound picture to announce the baby. Paid for next day delivery. I waited in the next day but EVRI failed to deliver the item. Said it would ‘try again next day’, again I waited in for the parcel, however it took nearly 2 weeks for the item to make it out of EVRIs ware house. Today I contacted My First years to request a refund as we had to fly home to deliver the news without the item and so it’s now unless to me. The customer services has been of no help, offering 50% store credit, and finally 100% store credit. I however will not be shopping with this company again so store credit is no Good to me. Steer clear of this brand and company. Firstly they use EVRI and secondly they care nothing for their customers experiences. I am so disappointed and upset that an announcement that was 4 years in the making was ruined by this company and this is how they treat me.

Fantastic service and lovely personalised products

We had previously received a gift for our first born which we were so impressed with we decided to order a personalised toy box ourselves from My 1st Years. Unfortunately during putting the box together we experienced an issue which meant our toy box was ruined.Whilst this wasn’t a result of the product or company at all, Aleksandra was quick to respond to our customer service enquiry to purchase replacement pieces, and instead replaced our toy box order free of charge sending as an express delivery, this was completed unexpected and Aleksandra went above and beyond to sort this out for us. Such a lovely surprise! The customer service we experienced was exceptional and the personalised products are lovely, making great gifts or special items for your children. We will definitely be ordering from my 1st Years again in the future.

Excellent customer service

First class service from Joyce Mary via their email enquiry service. I had a couple of enquiries after ordering (one being a stupid mistake on my part) and the quick response and reassurance from Joyce was excellent. Can’t fault the company at all.

Alwfantasticays wary of ordering online but....

Always wary of ordering online but.... The item I ordered more than exceeded the quality I expected and it is so lovey. Exactly as shown and the softness and quality is wow. Well done to everyone at My 1St Years fantastic service all round Sorry don't have oder numer to hand as all info went with the gift but it was the lovely element with embroidery on the ear

Disappointed.

Nice products. But poor customer service. Ordered products for valentine's day. Ordered well in advance of the 14th only for the items to arrive 3 days after valentine's day. Very disappointed.
