My order was delayed due to the InPost locker not accepting the order. No fault of My 1st Years. I messaged them on Monday evening and by 9am the next day I had a message stating how I could get a refund or have an order sent out by express delivery free of charge. Shannon was brilliant and really prompt with her responses and super helpful.

I ordered with My 1st Years for some lovely Christmas pressies and the delivery unfortunately didn't turn up, i contacted them through email and spoke with Aleksandra from the management team. She was extremely helpful, sorted out a replacement set straight away, and it was delivered a couple of days later. Couldn't have been more helpful. And i love the items. Perfect
