Valerie and Aleksandra were incredibly useful

Valerie and Aleksandra were incredibly useful as they contacted me to inform me that the item had ordered was out of stock, so they arranged for a different item to be sent for the same price as my first choice. Valerie also fast tracked the delivery for me as compensation. Brilliant customer service, and lovely products, as always.

Great customer service

I made a mistake when ordering and forgot to add in personalisation. I emailed and was given clear instructions on how to rectify this. Within 2 days, my order which arrived without personalisation due to my own error has now been returned and a replacement has been sent out with express delivery, even before the brand has received my return. Will definitely use again. Great quality items too!

Gesture of good will

I ordered a personalised item for the pending arrival of my Granddaughter, but we had an arrival of a beautiful Grandson instead! I contacted the My 1st Years support team and explained my circumstances and that unfortunately my Grandson was very unwell. Lawrence (in the support team) was very sympathetic and compassionate and, as a gesture of good will, replaced my item with my Grandson's name. Lawrence went above and beyond to assist under the circumstances and was very professional. I have ordered from this Company before and have always found them to be very professional. I 100% recommend My 1st Years.

Having ordered a personalised gift and realising I needed it amended, I emailed the support staff to ask if this could be done. I was responded to quickly and politely by Alexsandra who then assured me everything had been put into place.
