Excellent customer service. My daughter hadn’t received the parcel so I got in touch and Lawrence kindly looked into it. The parcel had been put behind a gate and it turned out a kind neighbour had taken it in due to rain and then promptly gone away for a few days and forgot to say. The dressing gown I sent for my granddaughters first birthday is beautifully made and the personalisation really nicely done. I had bought a replacement which can now go back. Very happy customer :)

I had my first (and only!) baby girl in August last year. I’ve ordered a few bits from My 1st Years and they are all amazing. I could spend a fortune with them, but have to restrict myself - my daughter is only 4 months old, she doesn’t need personalised wellie boots yet! All the items I’ve received have been beautiful and great quality. Delivery has been quick and I have received regular updates. Will definitely be purchasing in the future.

I made a mistake in the spelling of a name on a personalised item and didn’t realise until it arrived. I rang the company and actually spoke to a human, Valerie (how refreshing) and as a goodwill gesture she re-ordered my item with the correct spelling and ensured my item was on express delivery. I’ve been ordering from My First Years for about 5 years now, for my own daughters, nieces, nephews and friends. Every time a special occasion arises, and people ask us what we want for our girls, we always direct them to the website. The items are always of high quality and the customer service is always exceptional (thanks Aleksandra!). I can’t speak highly enough about this company.

We had an issue with a personalised chair which unfortunately became loose. I emailed my first years and received a swift and extremely helpful reply! The item was a Christmas gift too but the service representative was incredibly helpful and arranged a replacement for us to arrive by express post, to our home address. This was amazing and surpassed all my expectations! I have a very happy little girl! Huge thanks to Dorota, she made everything so easy!

Wasn’t happy with my order. Both items came with the personalisation lettering really poorly done. Wonky, not equally spaced, misplaced thread etc. Spoke to Valerie on email who has sent me a replacement. Hoping those items will be of the standard im used to from my 1st years (ive ordered many times before with no issue!) Valerie was friendly and quick to resolve my issue. Thank you.
