I processed my order on the website, entering a different delivery address to my own and at the last stage when I was offered to pay via Apple Pay, the delivery address showed up as mine. I emailed customer support to ask them to change the address for me and Lawrence couldn’t have been more helpful. He amended the address and provided me with detailed information to put my mind at rest during the deliver process. Super helpful, great customer service, thank you!

Placed my order on 25th December 2023. Order was despatched. However, lost by the courier. Got in touch with My 1st years and the dealt with my query so quickly. Lawrence was in touch and soon despatched my order again on a more reliable courier service. The customer service was amazing, Lawrence was very helpful. I bought a wooden baby walker with blocks in with personalisation for our first bay granddaughter. It can quickly and packaged beautifully. It was a Christmas gift, it wasn’t long before she started to bash the truck with one of the blocks and a tiny bit of paint chipped off. I emails 1st years asking for a bit of paint to touch it up as I thought we might get more chips in it. They were really quick to reply a very helpful. Basically asked what I’d like then to do, nothing seemed too much trouble and they very quickly replaced the part that was damaged. Which included new personalisation. I have ordered 1st years products before and would not hesitate to buy in the future. Special thanks to Valerie.

Great little company. The furniture is great value for money and better quality than expected. We had one small issue which was not any fault of the company, yet they could not do more to help rectify this, all while doing so in a matter of days in what I assume was a very busy period immediately after Christmas. A big thank you to Shannon in the Management team for that. Would thoroughly recommend.

I ordered an item online but had problems with Evri delivering it, after trying to resolve with this with the courier I contacted My 1st years who sent out a replacement and had it delivered within 48 hours of me raising the complaint. The person I chatted to online was very helpful and I could not be more thankful for the service they provided. Brilliant customer service. Thankyou
