Absolutely amazing customer service from Lawrence who sorted out my order even though it was my mistake couldn’t be more impressed

Outstanding customer service. The two back packs arrived very swiftly and are of great quality. But I had made a mistake and forgotten to add the name on one. I phoned and the agent - Dorota- quickly sorted me out and the new names back pack arrived promptly.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Ordered son’s Christmas present which has been delivered to the wrong house. Clearly this is human error from the courier but the customer support given from the team has been next to none even after providing clear proof the the item has not come to the correct address. Clearly they don’t understand the importance of the issue.
Saved Christmas
Last minute bespoke gifts ordered. Incorrect spelling on one of the items ( our fault not theirs) called customer service and they were amazing. Just wanted to say thank you! You have definitely saved Christmas
Courier failed to deliver and 1st years was unhelpful
I ordered a baby Christmas PJ. The courier delivered it to the wrong address on the 11th of December. My 1st years today asked me to wait another 48h to see if the courier can find it. If they are unsuccessful, I will then have to fill a complain to be re imbursed. All I wanted was to have the Christmas PJ on time for my little one. Very very disappointed.
Amazing Customer Service
I have used my 1st for the past 7-8 years for beautiful personalised items for gifts and for my own daughter. This week I made a mistake and sent an order to an address my friend no longer lived at. I contacted the team via the email form at 5.30pm and had a reply at 9.33am the next morning. Aleksandra was so helpful and actually said they would replace the item for me this time and send to the new address, so grateful thank you. I will continue to support this brand and share with friends. Congratulations team on your amazing customer service.

I received a product that I was unhappy with and e mailed my first years. An agent called Lawrence was very helpful and dealt with my query very promptly and arranged a refund very quickly.

Great service
I recently ordered an elephant xylophone and due to an error on my behalf I forgot to add the name of my granddaughter to be put on it. I contacted the company and spoke to Lawrence. He was extremely helpfull and arranged for this error to be rectified. Great customer care.
