Great service and prices reflect the quality which is always outstanding, had a small error with a personalised item and was corrected and a replacement sent out right away with special delivery- a huge thankyou to Dorota for dealing with this problem so quickly and sufficiently! Such a positive first experience with My 1st Years! We had a slight issue with a personalised item we ordered so emailed them and received a reply really quickly, the issue was dealt with in no time thanks to Shannon from the management team and a replacement was delivered to us within a couple of days which we are now over the moon with! Amazing customer service and great quality, we will definitely be ordering from them again.

Superb customer service

When my order arrived, the glass for the frame was broken. Unfortunately this happens, but the way in Dorota at My 1st Years handled the problem was superb. Following my call to report the damage, she arranged for a replacement which arrived, very well packaged, the following day. Superb customer service!
