This is sharp practice. They sell you a contract with Vodafone which they discount so it is cheaper that your existing contract with Vodafone because they give you a monthly payment as a discount of your Vodafone invoice. What they do not tell you is that this will only be paid for half the contract period and thereafter you will be have to pay the over inflated Vodafone bill. They confirm this in an email which is just a grid using obscure language such as "Investment Line Rental Discount" which has a minimum term of less than half that of the associated Vodafone contract. If you assume that what you were told on the phone was the complete picture and do not query this email confirmation you are stuck with this dishonest ripoff. I am an 85 year old personal user (not a business) and either have to take out another contract with Onecom (never again) or suffer the financial conequences. Surely this is a scam that the Financial Ombudsman should investigate. You cannot access the details of you contract with Vodafone

I had a problem with my data, Emily messaged me on WhatsApp and told me what had happened and how to deal with. She was very polite and helpful. The only grouch I have which has nothing to do with Emily, it took the company a day to get back to me. Which if it was an emergency wouldn't be ideal. Thankyou Emily you're a star.

Run away from them they are just scammers, fake reviews zero customer service and support, and they add month and years to your contract simply behind your back, zero stars
