Absolutely abysmal service

My company is Heath & Safety Training Ltd, our postcode is NE12 9 TA and we have an account with One Com for a leased line broadband. When we first reported the fault on Wednesday 21 August we received a reference number from One Com which was 05836135 We are still without internet & telephone which went off sometime on Tuesday night or very early Wednesday morning 19th or 20th August. On Thursday 21 August we were told to expect an engineer from your supplier, who I understand is Virgin, on Friday morning however no one arrived on site or has been in touch. We are into the 6th day now without service and more worryingly no definitive answer from your company as to when this issue will be resolved. Our business is on the verge of collapsing and if we do not get this issue resolved quickly we will have to send some staff home because like any business we cannot survive much longer without phones, internet and crucially access to an internal server which houses our company planner with all customers details, invoices and planned work that is scheduled. We have a service level agreement that supposedly gets our leased line broadband back on within 4 hours so clearly this is looking like an investment that is a complete waste of time & money. Our account manager has informed me that the outage that caused the issue is likely to have damaged our router and this needs to be replaced but we still have not been given a time or date when this will be resolved. I find it absolutely staggering that in this day and age that we have not even had an engineer on site to look at this problem and get us back online. Can someone in your company please address this matter urgently I cannot stress enough how crucial it is that we get everything working again so please assist us jobs are at stake here now. I have emailed this same message to you twice now but have had no response so far
