Ruined beginning of our holiday
Well I recently wrote a review regarding me going abroad on holiday asking if I can use my mobile data and roaming while I was there,they said yes,I asked if there was anything I needed to do before hand and they said everything was fine as I was going to spain,however once I arrived in Spain I went to collect my rented car and tried to put my Google maps on,it didn't work!! So I was in a country not knowing how to get to my destination 40mins away with 2 kids in back seats worried,due to us getting there Friday teatime we had to rent a sat nav to get to our apartment as onecom was closed til Monday costing me £60 extra,please double check mobile data and data roaming when going abroad as it was nothing but stress for me!

Non English company, disgusting practices
This company are now getting cheap labour you now get people who do not understand English properly on the phone I have found a knack to it though a couple of the options will get you through to a helpful person who does speak English I called Thursday and Friday and both times first got people who don’t know what they are talking about keep trying as you will eventually get someone helpful and understands. Sales agent was scammy prey on the fact you don’t hear something and then get you to sign it and your discount stops loads of other people experience this too. This company has gone down the drain and is now in the churn machine of greed check out who the new COO is she has a pattern or running things to the ground. My advice, STAY AWAY they just want your money a journalist at the times is now looking into their disgusting practices and the BBC are also reviewing them

Appalling customer service
after being with onecom for some 24 years, via mergers and acquisitions from our start with The Word in Cardiff in 2000, we have recently decided to leave them and move to a smaller company local to us. We were bombarded by their sales team with calls to get us to resign for another contract, but decided to move. Since then we have had nothing but issues, we are not able to get hold of the guy who was bombarding us with calls before, we email all the addressed that are available (with a response to say they will get back to us in 10 days and we are still waiting) you try calling and go round in circles, i have rung twice this morning and waited 40 mins the first time and 20 mins the second time, so hung up and not able to speak to anyone in customer service. They advise trying to watsapp them as that might be faster!!!!! We are not able to get the information we need to move our numbers from them and PAC codes, with our new provider trying and failing every time. Its like you are moving away to a new supplier now and we don't care!!!!! appalling customer service, to try and speak to someone on the phone or get a response by email!!! For everyone out there who are with onecom (and thinking of moving to another supplier) or thinking of joining them, be aware!!! I am sure that the issues we are having and not just for us? it must be for other companies as well, but if you are with them and everything is just ticking along, its fine but the second that you want to change, they cant or wont support you in making that change. we have days to go to change over suppliers and they will not help at all, even though i have raised a complaint. As a company we have been a very loyal customer and never reviewed our mobile, landline and broadband supplier until now and with this level of service from onecom, I wished I had done it many years ago. good luck to anyone who is with them or my best wishes to anyone who is thinking of joining them, you will need it. S PS thank you for the invitation to contact you, but if you read my review, you will find that is the biggest issue (YOU CANT GET HOLD OF A PERSON TO SPEAK TOO!) you have my contact details as you have been providing my mobile phone for 24 years so please contact me asap.

I had difficulties accessing my billing…
I had difficulties accessing my billing account and found 2 people I spoke to seriously unhelpful. I was about to transfer my business elsewhere when I managed to contact Ryan Barrett, a team manager, who helped me a couple of years ago. He was exceptionally helpful; nothing was too much, my issues have been resolved and I signed a new contract with which I am happy. This was a continuing process, so no date given. I have finally signed on 15.8.24, I believe.Thank you Ryan!

Absolutely useless, bunch of time wasters
Absolutely useless, bunch of time wasters. My dad, who is deaf, has been wanting to cancel his contract for 4 MONTHS now, and they still havent let him. Im his son and I can hear, so I did a call yesterday to Onecom to try and sort it and they said that he needed to pass security checks. Seemed fair enough. But what happened next? We got put through to the VODAFONE BEREAVEMENT TEAM!!! They couldn't help either, they only said to call back Onecom, which we did, but by the time we could, the lines had closed. So my dad went on his own to Vodafone today, thinking he was going to be there for the best part of about 20 minutes. He was there for 2 AND A HALF HOURS, while advisors from Vodafone tried to resolve it. And the worst part?! They couldn't do anything! My dad left the store in tears after 150 minutes of wasted time. On my dad's behalf, he said he wants me to make a formal complaint, so here I am. My dad has said he would preferably like a refund for the 4 months he wanted to cancel, but at the very minimum, we would like the cancellation confirmed. Onecom, I hope you read this and I hope you get a kick up the backside. Rest assured, I will keep helping my dad until this matter is resolved. You are an absolute bunch of timewasters, and to everyone who currently uses Onecom, think twice before you do anything. Update: (22/8/24) So that's your response? Rather than asking if there's anything you can do to help, you just say that you PRIDE yourself on your customer service?! You are an absolute disgrace of a company, and if I could rate 0 stars I would. All it takes for someone who is disabled to cancel is for them to simply press a button and confirm it! How hard can that be?!
