Sale team misleads you over any deal they offer you but they do it in a way that is not considered illegal, cold calling claim they are another telecom provider. Customer service is poor that is being kind, very quick to take you to debt agency if you object to there heavy handed tactics. DO NOT TOUCH THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company, they will lie and then go missing on you. I was sold a Vodafone contract for six lines, I was assured the coverage would be great, it’s not it’s awful. Pav from onecom refuses to speak to me, and never returns a call. The customer service staff aren’t great and can be rude. I’m unable to access my bill but they still have a direct debit set up! If they ring you say no and block their number, they will ring from other numbers just keep saying no and blocking the number! Please read the reply of onecom, they haven’t asked for my account number, so some more lies! but as my name is on the review and I was ringing them several times a day and sending WhatsApp messages every hour. I wouldn’t be hard to find !
