Look up "Onecom problems & mis-sold…

Look up "Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts" on Facebook. We’re all encountering the same problems. Aaron helped with my mis-sold Vodafone plan, which included fake free items and 18 months of cashback. After that, the charges increased significantly!

No stars never!!!

Again, just a nightmare both Onecom and Vodaphone, they cut out my mobile data on the 8th of July and I still don`t have them, running a business. Both sides are shifting responsibility for what happened and there is still no resolution. I was punished for filing a case with Cisas against them. What unreliable business partners they are.

On the three occasions I spoke to someone at One-Com I was treated with respect and my concern promptly dealt with. If this is the direction of travel on customer care, I am reassured. Thank you

Prompt and professional service

The worst thing I ever did was pick up the phone to OneCon

The positive reviews must be from people who haven't realised that they have been scammed yet. 1. The worst bit!!! Halfway through your contract you will discover that the price they told you about on the phone call only lasts for half the contract and unless you renew on a new contract you will be left paying an outrageous bill (details later). Oh and your new contract will be the same so halfway through either renew or pay the outrageous bill. There is no way to leave with out a massive bill. 2. They include loads of stuff you don't need for 'free'. Mobile internet routers, VOX service (whatever that is). The problem is that it's 'free' until half-way through the contract when it's not free and that adds to the outrageous bill. When you get a phone with unlimited data why would anyone need a mobile internet router? They do it because they then charge you for two phone lines, one for your phone and one for your router. 3. If you're not VAT registered the price they tell you isn't the price you pay. It's to do with the way the VAT is applied. Not possible to go into detail here but it's all part of the con. My bills for two mobile SIMS, two wireless routers and VOX whatever that is (I didn't need the routers or VOX but believed that they were included for free). My sales summary states recurring charges £57 The lowest bill I ever had was £89.73 Halfway through the contract my bill jumped to £221.66. After complaining I managed to negotiate this down to £168 but I've also had to put an inconvenient cap on my data to get down to that price. Given that all I needed was the two mobile SIMS it's outrageous and I feel utterly conned. They use small print and a carefully constructed sales script to pull off the scam. It's only legal because they are selling business contracts, they wouldn't get away with it selling consumer contracts. Before you go any further please look up the Facebook group OneCom problems and mis-sold contracts. So many people have been stung by OneCon. Many have bills worse than mine!

Avoid

I have been with Vodafone for 20 years (now family of 4) was unaware I had agreed to change to onecom. Currently paying £241 a month for 3 sim only contracts on phones 5 years old plus a 2 year old iphone. Original deal was discounted but have had to pay full price for a year to exit contract. Daughter at uni in Chester and does not get a signal. Can't wait to be free, just one more month. Customer service just say it's what I agreed or I can renew. No chance. They offered a new deal which was 20.00 a month more than EE for 1 phone.

Scammers

Scammers. Honestly don’t go near them. HONESTLY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They sold me so many lies, even pretended to be BT, fitted a faulty line which doesn’t work and won’t release me from my contact a day later. They have now admitted a fault in pretending to be BT when in fact are one com. But won’t realease me anyway. They put so much fine print into a contract they don’t tell you about. (A 5 year contract) and put the money up as you go. Please don’t be tricked into it like I was. I might have to shut my business down from them. Products that don’t work, rubbish communication, fraudulent and life ruining.
