They don’t even deserve one star!!

They don’t even deserve one star!!! Whatever you do don’t ever sign anything with this company they are fraudsters who misold contracts to thousands of people including the elderly and charities and then your bills go up and up and up without you agreeing. The stories I have read and what I have experienced has been nothing but horrific. There are 917 people currently in a Facebook group all of whom have been defrauded by OneCom. Facebook - OneCom problems and misold contracts

this company are being investigated

this company are being investigated Search for "Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts" on Facebook. Many of us are encountering the same issues. Aaron helped me with my mis-sold Vodafone plan, which included fake free items and 18 months of cashback. After that, the charges increased significantly!

Worst company I've dealt with for concealing the reality of the contract

I feel massively taken advantage of, was promised to have lower bills on the initial sales call, then they did everything they could to omit and even conceal the important details like in actual fact the price would end up being 8x what I was paying after 17months.

No stars again

No stars again! still no phone call, no email replies and no help from oneline chat. Each time they try to fill their profile with 5* reviews - which I am sure are not real, I will continue to give bad reviews that are more accurate

BEWARE THEY PREY ON ELDERLY

They put my elderly grandfather on a 60 month business account when he doesn't own a business he lives alone they take £80 a month from him, and they exploit elderly confused people absolutely disgusting company, and Vodafone should be ashamed to be associated with onecom. This is in regards to my grandfather account not mine

Useless for business customers

Absolutely awful customer service and in general. We’ve been trying to cancel our contract but they keep sending invoices and credit notes! Ridiculously hard to cancel the contract. Not worth the effort.

Onecom contract fiddle

I signed a two year contract with these scammers. After 11 months they stopped paying my credit towards the Vodaphone sim only account. This meant I was charged £45/month. I was told I had to sign yet another 24 month contract to reduce it to £18, or just keep paying the £45 every month until June 2025. When I threatened to terminate they said it would cost me £500!!! Effectively it’s a no win situation. You can’t get out of it…..ever. I was told that the account would be reviewed after 12 months for upgrade or the like; or atleast that’s what I was led to believe. Not that only half of the contract would be at the credited rate! When Richard organised this I trusted what he said. Yes so should have read the small print; but I do tend to trust people.
