Spoke to Simon W via webchat as regards whether or not my mobile data allowance was usable abroad, he quickly checked the situation and gave me my answer. He also quickly informed me about my contract coming to an end and what my options were, very clear and concisely, great job

917 members in the group now.... Over 900! Avoid this company Check "Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts" on Facebook. Many have encountered similar issues. Aaron assisted with my Vodafone plan, which included fake free items and 18 months of promised cashback. After that, the fees became excessive! Update: I spoke to you and you are not interested in sorting things. You scammed me!

Total scam! They miss sell dodgy phone contacts! Really wish I'd never heard of them! When 17 months is up I will stop paying them! They will threaten me but I don't care!

Wouldn’t even give one star. Search the Facebook group one com missold contracts to get the full picture they are scandalous giving ridiculously lengthy contracts, say dongle is free but charge. Prey on small businesses and trap people .they Are being repeatedly taken to cifas they lie and threaten and to get out they charge thousands please please don’t be another casualty

If I could give this company -5*, I would. I am stuck in a long contract I believe I was duped into, and cannot WAIT until I am able to leave this company. Take a look at OneCom Problems page on Facebook. Dreadful, dreadful company who at best have dodgy practices...
