We've been a customer of Onecom for quite a few years now and they continually prove to be the best mobile reseller we've ever worked with. Customer Service Manager, Julie, is always on the ball and very quick to respond to queries and follow up actions whenever I get in touch. We get monthly reviews from our account manager, Helen, who always provides advice on how we can reduce our monthly spend. Orders placed for hardware are dealt with quickly and effectively. I was really stressed about my bill…
I was really stressed about my bill because it didn't make sense at all again!!! I'd been over charged in April... And again in May.... So I needed to speak to a human being!!! I spoke to Chloe 😊 she promised to contact the billing team and get the overpayment refunded to me in June... Chloe was very efficient and have me confidence that she would get it sorted...
