DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! The cleaner they sent clearly had very little experience. She ripped the brand new carpet in my apartment with the hoover through complete carelessness. When I submitted a claim to the company, the cleaner denied doing it, so they refused to take forward the insurance claim. It's an absolute farce! Of course the cleaner would deny any wrongdoing, but I have photographic evidence of damage, with the photo taken and submitted within 2 hours of her leaving!! An absolute joke of a company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

First & last time I will use We Casa. I booked a cleaner who attended 20 minutes late due to taking the wrong bus. She clearly did not research my address or her route in advance like a professional would. I can maybe understand since this was her first visit, so this can happen. However, NOT ONCE did she apologise. Not a single sorry when she messaged or once she arrived. I found this rude and discourteous. As soon as she came in and I attempted to welcome her, the first thing she said was to ask to charge her phone. This was also unprofessional and she could have at least waited until I showed her the flat and what needs cleaning before asking this. She did not say thank you when I gave her my charger to use. A disappointing lack of manners again. She then walked straight into the living room and put her dirty handbag down on my sofa without asking if this was ok. I found this extremely unsanitary as I do not know where her bag has been and likely it has been on a dirty bus chair or floor. I don’t even put my own bags down on my sofa and there is an area for them in my hallway if she had asked or even me a moment to let her know before barging in and asking for a charger and to fill her water bottle. 2 hours and 20 minutes into the clean, she stated she was done and was about to leave despite me having booked her for 3 hours. She arrived 20 minutes late and wanted to leave 40 minutes earlier - absolutely disgraceful. When I mentioned this she rolled her eyes. I said she is free to leave but I will adjust the time on my booking or she is welcome to stay to continue, she rudely asked ‘what is there left to clean?’. I checked my flat and lots of areas had been missed (dust, dirt, grime, crumbs on lots of surfaces in all rooms - I have photo evidence) - these were all areas I had SPECIFICALLY asked her to clean when I gave her a tour of the flat in the beginning (during which I could tell she was bored and not listening). When she went back to re-clean these areas, some of them were still unclean at the end. I did not bother raising the issue again as she was desperate to leave early and had a very bad attitude, even though there was still time left that I had fully paid for. I had also specifically asked her to keep certain brushes/sponges separate for certain areas to prevent cross contamination and these were in labelled boxes for her convenience - I spent a lot of time doing this and buying new equipment and materials for her to use - at the end all these were mixed up into the incorrect boxes so clearly she had not adhered to this either. I will now have to throw these out and buy new ones again. She also did not put things back where they were such as my photo frames and decorations were all left in disarray. In addition, she put my coffee table on top of my sofa during the clean - marks visible on the sofa - something that touches the floor on my sofa where I sit, there was no need for this, absolutely disrespectful with no regard for hygiene. All in all, I found her rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional and I am really disappointed. I could not have done more to have the place and all the cleaning equipment ready for her and to specify exactly what I wanted out of this clean. She was not interested and could not wait to leave. She did not respect me or my home. I have had other cleaners before over the last few years and have never had an experience like this. I therefore have cancelled my subscription and will be finding another company. We Casa has not responded to my feedback or complaint, Absolutely abysmal and non-existent customer service from this France-based company. Cleaner reviews are also false, they only publish the good reviews on the cleaner's profile. I will be sticking to a trusted local cleaning company from now on.
