I have used this service on different occasions and so far it’s exceeded my expectations. The website is really easy to use. I simply chose the services I wanted and my cleaner came early and did an excellent job. I will use again and hope that the service remains top notch and great value for money.

The worst cleaning company EVER!!!! If you’re lucky to find a professional and experienced cleaner well done. The minute you enter a problem, wecasa will not help, theirs no number to contact this company. The number that they have displayed is an automated. They are based in Paris and not UK.They over charge and do not refund if the full service is not provided. Their customer service chat person is rude. This company is just money grabbing. They also under pay their staff and profit most of the money

AVOID - your appointment will be declined last minute

I had booked an appointment for a blow dry on May 11th ahead of my baby shower in the afternoon. A few days before my appointment, I received an email saying my pre-authorisation was declined as there were no funds on the account. I tried to follow the link on the email to re-try the pre-authorisation after adding funds on the account, but that sent me to a 404. I contacted your customer support team for help. The agent I chatted with assured me (screenshots attached) that if I had added funds to the account, the finance team would retry to take the pre-authorisation and there won't be a problem. I can even quote that he said my booking was "100% confirmed". What a surprise I had when the day before my booking, I received a cancellation notification from your team, while there was over 100£ (3x the amount needed) on the account. I reached back out to the gentleman who said it was my fault and was extremely unhelpful and slow to respond. You can imagine that booking a last minute blow dry in London for a Saturday is a nightmare - there was no availability. this was such an important event for me and I was looking forward to some pampering - instead I only got drama and no appointment. At 7 months pregnant, that was the last thing I needed. I was appalled by the level of service I received, the reaction of the agent, and how terrible this whole experience has been. Hoping this company figures out a better way to serve customers and train their staff to be better informed and helpful... Otherwise you should definitely stay away

Very happy

We had a lovely cleaner named Carol. She did an excellent job and left the place sparkling clean. We are very happy!
