Be careful. I joined. A free month was given so no subscription fees. I booked a massage and was given a discount. Very nice thank you. I wasn't expecting that. After the appointment I cancelled my subscription. All information provided states there is no subscription charge if cancelled within first month and no forfeits or penalties associated with this. All written information received states the discounted amount will be taken from my credit card. Wecasa then proceeded to take £15 extra with no written notification or explanation. I therefore had to contact them which was difficult to navigate initially and now emails are back and forth but there is still no evidence being provided that I was informed that a higher amount would be taken from my credit card. UPDATE I am still pursuing the additional £15.00 which was deducted from my credit card without consent or any prior notice or terms and conditions. Wecasa repeatedly advise that any discount does not apply on upcoming appointments when a subscription is cancelled. I repeatedly advise that the appointment they overcharged for was not upcoming but in the past and before I cancelled my subscription. So far they are not providing the contact details for the Director / CEO as I have made it clear, more than once, that I wish to take this further. RESPONSE TO WECASA As I have responded to your comment "lose the associated discounts for FUTURE appointments". This did not relate to a future appointment. This relates to an appointment for which it was confirmed, in writing, how much would be taken from my credit card. However, without my consent, an additional £15 was taken. The latest email from Barbara at Wecasa 2 days ago accuses me of the following, and I quote "did you simply want to benefit from a discount for a session?" I have consistently asked for the contact details of the Director / CEO which I have now been advised will not happen. I have not managed to proceed beyond Customer Service and rather than the correspondence remaining with one person I have had replies from multiple people which lacks consistency. This is a complaint and nobody is providing me with the complaint procedure. I have recently been offered a £15 voucher but as your emails consistently state I cancelled my subscription therefore why would you offer this? I did respond atcthe time and advised that I do not want to subscribe. Why would I want to spend more money with Wecasa when the issue of refunding £15, that was taken without my consent, has not been resolved. When I have requested the terms and conditions that provide the evidence that this action can be carried out nobody can supply this. If you read the email trail between us you will see that Wecasa admits that there is nothing in writing. Again I point out the fact that Wecasa keep referring to FUTURE appointments. This whole issue relates to an appointment that had been taken in the past. Wecasa have confirmed this. Again this in the email trail. I await a response.

The first cleaner cancelled within two…

The first cleaner cancelled within two hours of arriving and then cancelled the following session. All I got was a text and there was no number to call. The second cleaner was very good, arrived on time and would’ve been perfect had she put things back in their place.

Feels like a scam

Thought we had found someone better than fantastic services - nope. After our last session we immediately cancelled the following one because we were going on holiday. Today we get woken up at 4am our time by five wecasa calls because the system now shows we cancelled the session on the 14th of may with “mrs. X” when thats not even our regular cleaner! Even if we had cancelled it with her, why were there two sessions booked for the same day?? We 100% cancelled our session with “Mr. Y” and they just rebooked it! Also we switched to them because of their lower prices - which they immediately raised due to a “system error” showing lower ones.
