Staff are really friendly and quick to action with urgent issues. You are put through to a local team who keep you updated on the process of works being carried out. Polite engineers and overall good customer service.

The guys who visited us on the 1st November, I cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional, the extraction clean was left immaculate and the kitchen was spotless when they left. Special thanks to kelvin, Chris and Steve, and for Megan for organising everything.

Was not a pleasant job in crowded conditions due to needing to clear property. Operative made wvery effort to move things out of way to give the maximum clean. Operative very polite and did a good job.

Rob D was really helpful and organised and talked us through stage by stage what and how things will be cleaned.
