The surveyor and the two technicians who visited were both fantastic and I really want to give the service a fantastic review for that reason. Sadly the product they used has had no effect on the smell of cat urine, even on the areas they saturated with it - it just went temporarily until the product dried later that day.

The price dramatically increased over the phone but we had to get this done urgently. Job wasn't completed as advised so they had to come back out. The member of staff Rob who did the job was great :)

Amber is always so friendly, she never likes to put me out and will call on convenient days. She is the only one who does a top notch clean. Anyone else who comes out are usually done within 40 minuets but Amber will take her time, take off all the pipes etc.

I presented Rentokil with the problem of removing the acumulation of several years of bat waste in a cramped attic. Initial contact was helpful, understanding and practical. Tasked with the waste removal was Jamie and Paul. Jamie,working in the confined area removed all the waste which filled 122 bags. I was impressed by his dedication,knowledge and professional approach. Given such excellent service I have no hesitation in recommending Rentokil based on my experience of their service.

I was really pleased with the result of the clean. The specialist arrived promptly and immediately (without being asked). He was respectful of the space and talked through what he was going to do. He explained that there were no guarantees to the work (that we had to have cleared the problem). He was efficient and cleared up after him.
