Brilliant service by Simon, he came to our aid after we had gone several weeks without our nappy bins being emptied. He made should every bin on site was left clean and clear. Simon is an example employee as he was polite, well presented and knew what to do. Perhaps Initial should employ more staff as we have experienced patchy servicing over the past few months.

We were in the need of specialist cleaning services after sewerage pipes leaked through 2 flats and a retail unit. My team contacted RentoKil Hygiene and arranged for an operative to meet with me within 24 hours. In my meeting with the operative, Layla, I stressed the need for urgency to have the quotes and works authorised as quickly as possible due to the retail unit looking to claim loss of sales. Layla went above and beyond to ensure the entire process went smoothly, even having the staff members give one of the carpets a second clean over to remove some stains that were probably historical there before the leak.
