The program is excellent, and the administrative staff are amazing. They contact you in advance of the class time with texting notices and are very diligent in their follow up the content of the courses outstanding in the lectures/sessions are excellent.

My tutor is patient and flexible. As a new student to photoshop and illustrator, I am frequently all over the place as it pertains to questions and objectives. He is always willing to help my goals. I appreciate his patience and expertise. I learn something new every time. He goes beyond the usual routine of his job to make sure my experience is good.

Lots good one big bad

Some amazing parts, some frustrating parts. The platform is great, the tutors are great. I'd do it again without a doubt. The problem? The system is very deceptively designed, as is the sales process (it's not "per month" - it just resets your balance every month), to get you to spend more on classes. They reset after a month, and it's really tough to see what your balance is in the system (easier to count on a calendar). Every third month or so the extra class comes by, and I spend 25% more. I subtracted 2 stars for that alone, which is tough as I love the rest about it but if this isn't shared widely it will never get fixed because they make money off the issue. It's a shame they went with such a user hostile and deceptive design, because the platform has so much great stuff about it. It doesn't need it.
