My tutor was great! I am learning Conversational Spanish and she met me where I was and gave me all of the information I needed to practice!

Overall a frustrating experience. I had one tutor tell me the work I was doing was too hard for them and they suggested I find another tutor. Another tutor did not show up to a session and then when he realized he scheduled one without notifying me. At some point I was disconnected from one of my tutors and VT did little to nothing to help me find him again. I do not recommend in the slightest.

The customer support line is friendly and helpful. I was not satisified with my tutor so I was accredited an extra hour and was switched to a different tutor.

Ease of process. Great pairing!! My course is only 8 weeks but I’m confident that this resource will absolutely help me be successful. My tutor is stellar!!

Attentive to my situation...I never felt like I was rushed. My question were answered.
