My experience with Varsity Tutors has been very gratifying. My one on one Tutors have been amazing! The self paced teachers have been equally so! 10/10 definitely recommend.

I had a bad experience with payment terms but Varsity Tutors reached out to me and shared I will receive a refund. This is a step in the right direction.

Thank you to Varsity tutors for finding the Right tutor for my son needs. Mr.Austin is Excellent. He is very patient and caring with my son. He’s very understanding and knowledgeable with special education kids. First session it self he put my son at ease and encouraging. The sessions are highly helpful and detailed. My son enjoys his first two sessions with Mr.Austin. I strongly believe my son improves his ELA skills soon. I highly recommend Mr.Austin.

My tutor is very patient. She will go what we covered in each session so I know what I may need more practice in. She is very good!!

Gabriella was real great going over all the advantages of your program. I wanted an 8hr program. She was sending me all the text and emails needed, following up once I signed up. I let her know I wanted an 8 hr program and she said she would get that adjusted. I do not see any type of follow up or help getting that fixed. I asked that my daughter’s info is put in so she gets the emails and reminders before her lesson. The first lesson was horrible. We had a bad storm and our power was out. We tried connecting with the tutor and between the 2 of them they were not able to get a good session in. Today she tried reaching out a little later than 8 and we were not able to get through to the tutor. Maybe I made a mistake going with your company There is only a short time before her test and she has not has any real help. What am I suppose to do?

my tutor is very knowledgeable and is helping me to learn Quickbooks at my slow learning level.

There were several schedule miscommunication between Varsity Tutors admin and the tutor herself. A lot of back and forth. Better streamlined communication between the tutor and Varsity Tutors would make things less time consuming and confusing. Also allowing more features when using a tablet instead of a laptop or desktop computer for the program.

My daughter and I are taking lessons together, and we appreciate the patience our instructor has with us.
