Still waiting for a reply to my emails and my refund!

We haven't received the product yet which was ordered and paid for on 23/8/23.

The strimmer does the job very well, much less hassle than the petrol strimmer it has replaced and is much lighter. So far it is very satisfactory.

Rukshal was fantastic, fast and polite responses, asked questions and this led to my problem with my mower being sorted quickly, very impressed. thanks.

I am delighted with my 20" P1 62cc chainsaw model P6220C It arrived quickly and I put it to the test on a very large tree trunk and it worked very well indeed, effortlessly cutting through the tree in no time at all with no force involved, just the sharpness of the chain and the weight of the machine itself was all it needed to do the job. One insignificant thing I would say if I'm being very honest is the new carrier bag that came with my saw had a flaw in the stitching and it was coming apart a little bit where the stitching was off from manufacture, but I am not bothered about that as the chainsaw is really good value for the price I paid. £98.99

Poor communication. Phoned twice to find out where my order is. Said it was in stock when I ordered it..... nothing telling me otherwise until I phoned. Still waiting and then emails to review the product!!!!

There hasn't been an experience re the company because I bought online and then assembled and used the chainsaw myself. As to the product, it was more complicated to construct, fuel, oil, adjust chain, etc than I had expected. Also, I was rather disappointed with (a) the noise (b) the cutting performance of the saw (c) the 'exhaust' fumes, when operating the saw.

Had a warranty issue with my Hyundai multi tool and Craig dealt with the issue very professionally
