Had problems with a drill which I purchased on 30 July did not use till 6 September I contacted them with my complaint and without any problem was told by Poonam Shanto that my drill would be replaced on return of faulty one I now have a drill that works without fault thank you for services. Peter

My experience of a Hyundai power tool has been exceptionally good. The Hyundai cordless impact driver has worked impressively. A great tool at the price.

I bought a Hyundai lawnmower, that is just awful - no power, can barely get through even short grass without clogging & cutting out, and the self propel is super slow. As a result I have arranged to return for refund. Sadly, the service hasn’t been great - they will only accept it in a box, which I don’t have. Who keeps HUGE cardboard boxes lying around just in case a product you expect to be good, isn’t. The response has been - go ask your supermarket for one (our supermarket doesn’t give out boxes & if they did, it wouldn’t be big enough), or they will charge me for a pallet collection. So me, the consumer, is being put out, because of an issue caused by the manufacturer. How is this fair?! I’d suggest you avoid both Hyundai mowers, and this company - awful!

Relatively easy to assemble with aid of instruction manual and YouTube but buyer beware it is heavy so needs two persons to remove it from the box. After charging and filling with oil and fuel the engine started without a hitch. Although it mowed the lawn with ease in nice straight lines it is heavy and can be hard to manoeuvre in tight corners. Also mowing long wet grass can lead to the grass box opening becoming blocked. Overall a good mower for small to medium lawns where you have plenty of room. Plus the best bit for me " is no more pulling that starter cord".

Spent a thousand quid on a refurbished generator after 160 hour total engine failure and they won't do anything about as its been 6 weeks Totally useless firm AVOID

The Lawnmower is light & easy to handle. It cuts well & level. I am well pleased with the performance and price of this product.

Having considered which new mower to purchase we decided on a Hyundai model that comes with a rear roller and 3 years warranty. The mower is excellent, straightforward to put together and cuts well.
