There were some parts missing (accecssories) from the Hyundai welding unit I bought as a gift for my brother. I contacted the team at Genpower and they were amazing. Within 2 days the parts had arrived. This is excellent customer service from Poonam and Shadiyah. Thank you very much for making things so simple and easy. I would highly recommend this company.

Leaf blower / vacuum/ shredder delivered quickly.

Mitre saw delivered in two days, after initial setup worked perfectly. Saw was in perfect condition although packaging was slightly damaged and wet.

In absolute desperation I called them yesterday and got a generator ordered, which they did what they said they'd do and it was delivered today. Unfortunately the rush may have meant a missed factory check and so when it wouldn't turn on I called several times near 5 and finally got through to the lovely Kieran Darragh who stayed late to talk me through how to wire up the battery and calmed me when it then took several shots to start, but was so helpful and so from yesterday when I had no water or power or heat I now have power and heat and water I'll resolve some other way but life is worth living again!!! I have power! :D YIPPEE and thank you Kieran you should be worshipped as a God in the land of Blighty!

Be very careful if you order anything from GenPower or from Companies like FFX who use them to ‘repair’ items. They have fabricated an issue with a pressure washer I had so that they could charge me postage and Labour of over £100 for a blocked inlet filter. I know it wasn’t blocked as I checked this and I actually changed the filter before I sent it back, neither of them were blocked. They have not sent me photo images that I requested 4-5 weeks ago of said filter so they have no evidence that it was blocked and the reason for this was it was never blocked in the first place.

Easy to order. Customer service very good and professional.

Purchased a generator, paid in full. After a week got a call to say the price was wrong and I needed to pay more! Blamed eBay and cancelled the order stating it was my request to cancel. AWFUL COMPANY

Poor communication about delivery date. It was changed at least twice. I asked for refund which was prompt. I think that Hyundai let the UK seller down.
