I loved this machine

I loved this machine, particularly the interchangeable scarifier and aerator. Though was expecting the aerator to slice through the ground - disappointingly, it also churned it up. Apart from that I’m very happy with everything else.

Lawnmower broke early May

Lawnmower broke early May. Was collected and fixed but took over 2 weeks. Explained I'm disabled and live alone was difficult having to pack up Lawnmower. Used as soon as sent back for exactly the same to happen again. Now I've had to buy a new mower as obviously my grass is very long and the gardener is already charging extra . Cannot wait another 2 weeks. Been refused a refund so surely a replacement would be in order.
