Have had a warranty issue with some equipment I purchased. Banazeer has helped identify the issue and arrange for a replacement part to be sent out.

Very poor customer services. Grass trimmer broke after few weeks . They not got a clue . Week on still waiting for the part . Final straw telling me to drain oil and fuel out of it . When it’s electricity. Obviously don’t talk to each other in customer services . Stay away I say!

Jade was very helpful in sending online tutorials which showed me how to switch from brush cutter to strimmer I had forgotten you need to insert Alan key to stop shaft from turning very useful job done thank you chris Newell

Well I certainly wouldn't call it a great experience, The scarifier was delivered in good order and I put it together. The delivery driver was a woman by herself & the box was very heavy. The machine works well but the grass collection is far too small

I had a faulty extension pole that would not locate correctly, and Mr Houssein Narkar was extremely professional and kind in the way he dealt with the problem. I cannot praise him highly enough for his courtesy and patience. J Perry

Really disappointing. I tried large, small, long, short, dry, freshly cut, leafy, no leaves nothing seems to chip properly and it constantly blocks up. I bought this primarily to chip brambles which are very dry so I thought would be an ideal use.
