Excellent Customer Support received…

Excellent Customer Support received from Hyundai (Genpower). Very good response times to my enquiries and excellent timely updates received on the progression of repair. Thanks to Peter who kindly handled the initial fault. Big thanks and shout out to Yash also who was very informative throughout the actual repair, emailing daily and personally calling me back on at least 2 occasions to provide updates. Totally great customer experience from start to finish. A very good professional team behind the scenes in Pembrookshire. I am a happy customer and have no hesitation on continuing with Hyundai products based on the aftercare customer care experiences.

Hyundai P1 not a good option.

But if an update on this. Said mower is now leaking fuel and they expect me to take it to pieces. Not even a year old. Seems Genpower are pretty poor for support. To be fair it’s not the experience that was all good. It’s the product that spoor really. Engine does not seem powerful enough, slightly damp grass and it stops the blade spinning. If you miss a cut it needs cutting in stages. The grass collection is awful. Th collection bag seems to be tilted towards the deck of the mower so it simply clogs up immediately so you can only ever get maybe a 3rd of the collector filled before having to empty it or stop and push the grass to the back manually. Ill be honest Im looking for a different mower already

A satisfactory result

A satisfactory result, Jade was understanding that it was not possible to return the mower, there were to many restrictions and costs would have been higher than the £25 to get it repaired locally. I would like to know the name of a dealership locally now that M&H have stopped trading. Thankyou.
