The buying experience was easy, the item I bought (a chipper/shredder) arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The machine was easy to put together and use. I have to say I am totally amazed by what this machine can do ( HYCH2300E), it happily handles anything I put through it. The quality of the chippings is excellent and in my case, went straight on the garden but equally could be recycled or composted. All in all the quality of product, value for money, the operation of the chipper and ease of use I give it 10/10.

Return and Repair of Faulty Hyundai Lawnmower ...
Returned a Hyundai lawnmower for repair. Sanjana and Jade provided helpful advice and kept me well informed at various stages of the process. Item was duly repaired and returned well within the 14-day period. The only problem occurred with courier delays on the return delivery. DPD initially collected without any issues, finding the address in a timely manner. However despite being at home all day, TNT aborted the first return attempt alleging no-one was in, implying that they probably went to the wrong address! Consequently this resulted in various communications to resolve, added an extra day to receipt, and led to me taking time out for a non-existent delivery the previous day!

Peter Whuartohe and the team down at Genpower were fabulous in dealing with my complaint regarding non delivery of my order. Clearly not their fault but that of the delivery contractor, they were excellent in their communications and assistance.

You are connected to a real person. Pravesh Lollbeeharry dealt with my problem concerning a chain which was still within it's warranty period. He arranged collection and the repair was carried out and chain saw returned to me within a week. Superb service.
Warranty Claim for Replacement Bag
After owning a Hyundai Leaf Blower for 10 months, the bag attachment split/broke rendering the item unusable. I submitted a claim in relation to the 3 year warranty and without quibble or hassle, the claim was accepted and a replacement bag was sent quickly which I received a few days later. This was a great customer experience and customer service. Thank you to Craig for sorting this out (customer service advisor).

The item I purchased turned out to be faulty after the first use. Agents from Genpower told me this was unusual and a one off and offered me a replacement eventually. I opted for a refund from Amazon which I received but it was a convoluted process from Genpower. Jade from Genpower did her best to sort the problem out so thanks to her.
