Really bad customer service, after signing and paying for a maintenance contract they just let you hang, they don't reply to emails [for the past 4 months!!] and they never get back to your calls Extremely disappointing

First Class, perhaps being a little over zealous in requesting their customer review, before I had received my order.

Purchased a Hyundai generator less than 12 months ago and to date it (despite being run sparingly) it doesn't run smoothly, doesn't start first time, takes numerous pulls to kick in and in short is not fit for purpose. Customer services shocking, suggesting a service is required despite it not having run 20 hours of use! Had a Honda EU10i previously which never missed a beat in 10+ years. Avoid these cheap and nasty Hyundai generators like the plague. After service is nothing short of appalling also

I ordered a Hyundai 20" 62cc petrol chainsaw, 2-stroke easy-start | hyc6200x, it was delivered within a few days of ordering it which was great, the instructions which ame with it were clear and easy to follow, there also a video online about setting it up, the chainsaw has been working great with no issues so far.
