I am extremely impressed by the overall service I have received from your team regarding the repair of my chain saw, especially considering the fact that the wrong item was initially returned to you, entirely our fault, for which I apologise. After initially contacting you I am very pleased with the speed and efficiency in getting on with things straight away, actually picking up the chainsaw, repairing it and delivering it back to us within a short time. Issues with a scheppach compressor
Bought a scheppach compressor. It arrived without the connecting tube (standard item). I emailed them for a couple of days, but they didnt even reply - never mind try and help. Finally I used the Ebay return option and suddenly they responded. I sent back the entire box and then bought a second device - which did have all the parts. During the entire experience I found that the company was unable to communicate in a meangful way. For example, when I asked them if they could just send me the missing part, they sent a reply saying Ebay return label has been sent to me!!! As if they didnt bother to read my email. I cannot trash them entirely, because they handled the return quite quickly, but I honestly dont have confidence in them as a store because they cannot communicate in a normal way with customers,

Had a problem with a jet wash that I purchased, these things happen. From the moment that I contacted Genpower with the issue there customer service was exemplary with a special thanks to Poonam Shanton for such great customer care. It's not necessarily the original purchase that determines the quality of a company but how they respond to any issues.
