Our mower caught fire so contacted Genpower as it was under guarantee. Santana messaged me asking for details and pictures which I duly sent them, a courier was arranged to pick the mower up, I boxed it for them, they renewed all the faulty and damaged parts and couriered it back to me. There was a slight delay on my part, waiting for packing boxes to arrive, but that taken into consideration the whole process only took a couple of weeks, the correspondence from Sanjana and Jade was impeccable, they were such lovely people to deal with, shame some other companies don't take a leaf out of their book.....I will not hesitate to buy from this company again, their service, sales and aftersales was second to none. Thank you Sanjana and Jade and the company, you are all stars Robert Hallett + Jon Rounds

Craig was brilliant

Initial call taken by Jade and handed over to Craig. Both communicated well and worked to resolve my issue. Craig was excellent and sent me regular updates including shipping details of a replacement part and it definitely felt like he cared about resolving my issue.

My Hyundai chainsaw stopped working all…

My Hyundai chainsaw stopped working all of a sudden whilst cutting logs. It was just over 1 year old but had come with a 3 year guarantee, so I contacted genpower. They responded immediately and Poonam Shanto was assigned to deal with my case, which he did professionally and made everthing very clear. I received a replacement chainsaw within just a few days of making contact. So now I can cut more logs!

Great after sales service

It was a shame that I had to return the machine after a very limited use. However, Poonam Shanto made the process of sorting out the problem with the machine very easy and kept me informed throughout.

Hyundai Garden Machinery

I have purchased a number of garden tools from Hyundai and I've always had excellent service when making enquiries or indeed when one of my machines had a fault. On this occasion a part was sent out immediately. All the equipment work as they should with absolutely no problems.
