I ordered a dress and it wasn’t what I looked like in the picture so I decided to return it, I was charged $15 stock fee and it’s taken longer than a month to get a refund . The dress was $65. It came out to $95. was refunded $23.87 x2 now I can’t get the rest of my refund . I keep getting the run round of EXCUSES. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AND I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Stunning! Brought a guest wedding dress (Midnight blue floral pleated dress). It is gorgeous fits like a glove. Arrived quickly also. No complaints will be ordering again for another occasion.

It’s terrible! It was written all taxes included. Now I have to pay taxes and return. I even don’t want to have it anymore!! I thought I can try the dresses and send it back! After I have for to try on and sen all back only around 250 EUR to pay!! Be careful!!! It’s really cheating!!The worst experience I ever had!! Totally misinformed on the website!! Only if you read and search for answers, you het a right information. If I decline to receive a package. Will they send it back?

I purchased 2 of the same dresses in different sizes. Neither fit, so I never wore them or removed the tags. I promptly returned them both. I received a refund for only one of the dresses. The other, they claimed was defective and gave me an online credit. This feels very scammy. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that dress except it didn't fit. I can shop pretty much ANYWHERE I'd like to and I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know to beware.

DO NOT BUY From this company I bought 2 dresses, they didn't fit. Total cost £160 for both. Went to return them.and it cost £30 to send them back! Absolutely awful 😖. Wish I had not bothered

I bought two dresses to wear as a wedding guest and I was delighted with them. I was ordering from Ireland and was afraid of the shipping time as the wedding was in two weeks, but my items arrived within three days of making the order! To say I was pleasantly surprised was an understatement. The dresses were just like the photos and great quality. I'm used to buying cheap dresses but I splashed a little bit extra money on these dresses and I was very happy I did. I have no complaints. I bought the 'Chic Extravagance Lavender Jacquard Lurex Tiered Maxi Dress' which I'm obsessed with and got loads of compliments on and I also bought the 'Dramatic Poise Hot Pink Dot Tulle Puff Sleeve Tiered Mini Dress' which received just as many compliments.

They sold obviously used shoes as a final sale so I now can't return and I can't exchange because they no longer have the size. These were $60 and I could've just bought for less off a used marketplace. Gross. Update: they refunded me in full and responded quickly, which I appreciate.

I was skeptical about ordering from here as I am in the UK however I ordered several items that all arrived within a fast delivery period. I had emailed customer service at one point for help and they replied straight away and were really helpful. The items I returned were refunded quickly and I would definitely recommend. The items were all really good quality too

I very hesitatntly Bought a dress from this website, it has arrived to UK quicker than stated. Dress appears to be good quality and as stated in advert, only tried on as function not for another month but I’m very pleasantly suprised and happy with dress
