Bad customer service

I ordered a wig and within days there was 30% off all wigs, so as my wig had not been dispatched I cancelled it to get the discount, I was told they would not let me order the discounted one unless I kept the full price one. I said that’s a huge discount and times are hard so I don’t think as the wig had not even been dispatched that it would be a problem, but no they cancelled my order. Great customer service to people who are struggling and need wigs for medical reasons. I won’t be using them again

WARNING!!! I bought a wig for 465 Euro and got cheated

WARNING!!! I bought a wig for 465 Euro, i got a bad quality wig, did not accept the package and did not get my money back ! So keep attention!!! Dear Kristina Young, it is very interesting that this is the first reaction i get from you...after all my letters! You even did not react to my attorney. I did not accept the product because it was bad quality. THAT IS MY RIGHT. I canceIed the purchase on time. I then receaved the confirmation from UPS that the product got back to you. If you lost the dokument in your system, no problem i still have it !!!! We made a deal of a high quality product wich you did not fulfill ! When i do not accept your package, it does not give you the right to keep my money (465 Euro), that s a criminal act. You should have refund me the money! These are the facts ! Now take the consequences. If this is the only way to talk to you, i will post all proofs pubIicly... also that your company debited 465 Euro from my bank account and did not refund it to this day. i don t care! I will not stopp and also report this to the police.... until i get my money back!
