Fantastic service from start to finish. Matt was brilliant and the bike was ready earlier than I expected. When I collected the bike the guys in the store were great and really friendly and took the time to set up the bike for me and show me how the settings etc work. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Orbea Rise H15. It's perfect for me and I'll certainly recommend surge bikes to anyone.

Recently bought a Orbea Urrun from Surge Bikes, with any online purchase the more information you can get the better informed your choice will be. Matt provided great support in this respect from the first enquiry to the delivery of the bike, add in the Surge bonus and you will be hard pressed to find better service anywhere else.

Ordered my Riese Müller ebike from Surge bikes after comparing their offer with local suppliers. I got a very good price and 10% of the bikes value in accessories which I would otherwise have had to pay for. Matt and Michael answered all my emails efficiently with plenty of helpful detail. I was concerned that my bike might get damaged in transit as it had to come to Jersey by sea. After arriving at Surge bikes in UK from Germany, it was tested and wrapped in several acres of bubble wrap inside a protective box and then attached firmly to a pallet. It arrived without a scratch! Attaching the handlebars and pedals was a cinch, then the bike was ready to go. My particular bike was delivered on time. Matt told me the expected production date and kept me informed when it arrived with them, and when it was dispatched to me. All in all a first class experience.
